As we waited for our turn, something on the shelf caught little misses eye - it was Shaun the Sheep.
In my head I was thinking, "oh great, what am I going to be hit up for now?"
Shaun the Sheep was advertising a Tangle Teezer, that just happened to have him on it. I read the marketing blurb to my little miss and my interest was piqued. Apparently this thing could de-tangle hair pain-free.
If any of you have attempted to brush the tangled hair of a small child I am sure you can sympathise with me that it is no picnic! There are screams, tantrums, tears and threats of shaving heads. It is a nightmare indeed.
So you can see why my interest was piqued. Now I was thinking to myself, "I might have to take little Shaun the Sheep home with me for $35."
We had our turn at aforementioned hair cuts and colour and I mentioned to the hairdresser about the Tangle Teezer and she swore by it. She said she she used it and it really worked. I was sold.
Little miss picked out the one she wanted....a hot pink compact one.
The results speak for themselves.
I have never seen anything like it! And little miss is now brushing her own hair, no questions asked! (Not sure how long that will last though).
I am going back to pick up a spare just in case something happens to the hot pink compact one.

We've tried a couple of these types with not much success, but not the 'tangle teezer'. Sounds worth a try!
