Welcome 2016

I can't believe it has been another six months since I have written anything. Shame on me.

So much has happened in those six months. Family, work and life have all been so very busy. There has been no time to breath, no time to just be and appreciate anything, let alone the small things.

I feel it is time to make a change. To BE more (to be honest I am not sure if I am having some sort of mid life crisis - only time will tell.)

This year we will be eating better, exercising more, stopping to breath and just being - and of course I hope to write about the whole adventure.

Got any big plans for 2016?
