Ten things to tick off my list in 2016

  1. Shave my head
This one is already locked in as I am participating in The World's Greatest Shave.

  2. Get a tattoo
First stop with getting a tattoo is convincing my Dad. You see when I was younger I promised him that I wouldn't get one - he is dead set against tattoos for a variety of reasons. And I simply can't break promises, even the thought of breaking it makes me feel physically ill. So he would need to be on board with this for it to actually happen.

  3. Sponsor a child
Hubby and I have been talking about this for a long time. Enough talking, time for action.

  4. Move EVERY day
Gotta hit those 10,000 steps per day!

  5. Meditate regularly
I love to meditate, it really helps me with my anxiety. Now I just have to make sure I make time for it every day.

  6. Eat more wholesome foods
As part of my healthy and fit Sam 2016, the family and I are going to be eating a lot less from packets and a lot more from the garden.

  7. Go with the flow
Chill out as much as I can and just go with the flow. If there are toys, books, paper, pencils and other kids paraphernalia (not to mention Hubby paraphernalia) lying around the house that is OK. We do live in this little 'ol house, so it doesn't matter if it looks lived in. Am I right!

  8. Watch the clouds
When I was younger I used to love just lying in the backyard and watching the clouds race across the sky. I intend doing more of that this year.

  9. Take a ballet class
Ballet is my favourite form of dance. I miss it. But why should I miss it? I just need to take a class and the miss will diminish.

  10. Learn something new
I am booking in to the following workshops...

Are you ticking anything off the list this year?
Can you believe it is already February?
